Creator Submission Terms

These Creator Submission Terms apply when you submit AI prompts, prompt templates, prompt workflows, examples, descriptions, or related materials to Jom Prompt for review.

1. Jom Prompt Is The Buyer

Jom Prompt is a prompt buyback platform. You submit prompts to Jom Prompt for review. If Jom Prompt approves and buys a prompt, your account may be credited according to the current Prompt Buyback Terms. This is not an open marketplace where other users buy your prompts.

2. No Guaranteed Approval Or Payout

Submitting a prompt does not guarantee approval, a buyback offer, payment, income, or acceptance. Rejected prompts are not purchased. If a prompt is approved and bought, the individual buyback amount is determined after review.

3. Original Work Requirement

You must only submit prompts that you created yourself. You must not submit copied, stolen, scraped, leaked, purchased, publicly posted, marketplace-sourced, or rights-infringing prompts.

You must not submit a prompt if you do not have the right to submit it and transfer rights to Jom Prompt if approved.

4. AI-Assisted Work

You may use AI tools to help think, test, improve, or refine your prompt, but the final submission must be meaningfully created, selected, tested, and improved by you. Do not submit mass-generated low-quality prompts, duplicate prompts, or prompts you do not understand.

5. Required Submission Information

Jom Prompt may require you to provide:

• Prompt title
• Prompt category
• Target user
• Use case
• Full prompt text
• Sample output
• Testing notes
• Confirmation of originality
• Agreement to the Prompt Buyback Terms and Intellectual Property Terms

6. Review Criteria

Jom Prompt may review submissions based on factors including clarity, specificity, usefulness, originality, commercial value, safety, output quality, repeatability, and buyer usefulness.

7. Disallowed Submissions

You must not submit prompts that involve or encourage:

• Illegal activity
• Scams, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deception
• Hacking, malware, credential theft, or cyber abuse
• Adult sexual or pornographic content
• Child sexual exploitation or harmful content involving minors
• Hate, harassment, threats, or abusive targeting
• Self-harm or instructions that create physical danger
• Academic cheating, plagiarism, or exam misconduct
• Medical, legal, financial, or investment advice that pretends to replace professionals
• Fake claims, fake scarcity, misleading ads, or false testimonials
• Copyright infringement or copied content
• Personal data, passwords, private messages, or confidential information belonging to others

8. Duplicate And Spam Submissions

You must not submit the same prompt repeatedly, submit minor variations to manipulate review, use bots, or flood the system with low-quality prompts. Jom Prompt may reject duplicates and suspend accounts that abuse the submission system.

9. Review Outcome

Jom Prompt may approve, reject, request revision, delay review, investigate originality, or remove a submission. Jom Prompt’s decision is final unless an appeal option is specifically offered.

10. Rights Before Approval

Before approval and payment or credit, you retain ownership of your submitted prompt. You grant Jom Prompt a limited permission to store, review, test, score, and evaluate the prompt for possible purchase.

11. Rights After Approval

If Jom Prompt approves and buys your prompt, commercial usage rights transfer to Jom Prompt after the approved credit or payment has been issued according to the current program terms.

12. Violations

If you submit copied, unsafe, fraudulent, or disallowed content, Jom Prompt may reject the prompt, remove credits, cancel withdrawal requests, suspend your account, terminate access, or take further action where necessary.
