Prompt Buyback Terms

These Prompt Buyback Terms explain how Jom Prompt reviews, values, approves, rejects, credits, and buys prompts submitted by creators.

1. Jom Prompt Is The Only Buyer

Jom Prompt operates a prompt buyback program. Jom Prompt may buy selected approved prompts from creators. Other users do not buy prompts from creators on this website. This is not an open marketplace.

2. No Guaranteed Purchase

Submitting a prompt does not require Jom Prompt to buy it. Jom Prompt may reject any prompt for quality, originality, safety, usefulness, commercial value, business fit, duplicate content, policy violation, or any other review reason.

3. Rejected Prompts Are Not Purchased

If a prompt is rejected, it earns RM0. Rejection does not entitle you to a refund for ebooks, subscriptions, Creator Pass, tools, or other purchases.

4. Approved Prompt Value

If a prompt is approved and bought, Jom Prompt will determine the individual buyback amount after review. The amount depends on quality, originality, usefulness, safety, commercial demand, and buyer fit.

5. Valuation Factors

Jom Prompt may consider factors such as:

• Clarity
• Specificity
• Usefulness
• Originality
• Commercial value
• Safety
• Output quality
• Repeatability
• Buyer usefulness
• Category demand
• Business fit for Jom Prompt

6. Creator Pass And Boost Benefits

Creator Pass or other optional creator benefits may provide tools, support, checks, or value-related benefits. These benefits do not guarantee approval, acceptance, payout, or income. They do not bypass review. They remain subject to the current program eligibility and review requirements.

7. Credits

Approved prompt value may be added as credit to your creator account. Credits are not automatically cash until a valid withdrawal request is approved and processed under the Payout and Withdrawal Policy.

8. Payment Timing

Credits are normally added after approval according to Jom Prompt’s review process. Withdrawal timing depends on payout eligibility, minimum threshold, verification, fraud checks, and the Payout and Withdrawal Policy.

9. Originality And Fraud Checks

Jom Prompt may check whether a prompt appears copied, publicly available, duplicated, unsafe, AI-spammed, or rights-infringing. If a prompt is later found to violate our terms, Jom Prompt may reverse credit, reject payout, suspend the account, or take further action.

10. Revisions

Jom Prompt may ask for a revision but is not required to do so. A request for revision does not guarantee approval or payout.

11. Rights Transfer

Commercial usage rights transfer to Jom Prompt only after the prompt is approved and the approved credit or payment has been issued. Once rights transfer, Jom Prompt may use, edit, package, sell, distribute, train from, display, or modify the approved prompt without further payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. No Creator Storefront

Creators do not receive a public seller shop, marketplace listing, customer relationship, recurring royalties, resale percentage, or buyer contact from approved prompts unless Jom Prompt specifically offers those features in writing.

13. Final Decision

Jom Prompt’s approval, rejection, scoring, and valuation decisions are final unless an appeal process is specifically offered.
