Complaints, Disputes and Appeals

This page explains how to contact Jom Prompt about complaints, order issues, prompt review concerns, payout disputes, and account problems.

1. Contact Support First

If you have a problem, please contact us first at help@jompromt.com. Include your name, account email, order number or submission ID, and a clear explanation of the issue.

2. Order And Product Issues

For ebook, digital product, download, or access issues, contact us within 7 days of purchase where possible. We may reissue access, fix delivery, investigate payment, or handle the issue under our Refund Policy.

3. Subscription Issues

For Creator Pass billing or cancellation issues, include your order number, subscription ID, billing date, and account email. Cancellation normally stops future billing and does not automatically refund the current period.

4. Prompt Review Appeals

Jom Prompt’s prompt approval, rejection, and valuation decisions are generally final. If an appeal option is offered, you must submit the appeal within the stated timeframe and explain why you believe the decision should be reviewed.

5. Payout Disputes

If you believe your creator balance, approved value, withdrawal request, or payout is incorrect, contact billing@jompromt.com within 14 days of the relevant decision or transaction.

6. What We May Review

Depending on the issue, we may review account records, order records, payment records, prompt submissions, review notes, originality checks, payout status, policy compliance, and support history.

7. Abuse Of Dispute Process

You must not misuse the complaint or appeal process by submitting false information, threats, spam, abusive messages, or repeated bad-faith disputes. We may restrict support access or account features for abuse.

8. Legal Rights

This process does not remove any rights you may have under applicable Malaysian law.
