This policy explains how users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data held by Jom Prompt.

1. What You Can Request

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

  • Access personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated personal data
  • Withdraw consent for marketing
  • Delete your account where legally possible
  • Ask how your data is used
  • Stop certain non-essential processing where applicable

2. How To Submit A Request

Send your request to admin@jompromt.com. Please include your account email, full name, request type, and enough information for us to identify your account.

3. Identity Verification

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request. This protects your account and prevents unauthorised access to personal data.

4. Account Deletion

If you request account deletion, we may delete or anonymise account data where practical. We may still retain records needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, prompt review history, payout records, or legitimate business purposes.

5. Prompt And Payout Records

Some prompt submission, approval, rejection, credit, and payout records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, originality checks, tax records, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

6. Marketing Opt-Out

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Service emails about your account, orders, subscriptions, submissions, or payouts may still be sent where necessary.

7. Response Time

We will try to respond to valid requests within a reasonable time and according to applicable Malaysian law.
