This policy explains how Jom Prompt delivers ebooks, digital guides, templates, subscription access, and other digital products.
1. No Physical Shipping
Jom Prompt sells digital products only unless stated otherwise. No physical item will be shipped.
2. Delivery Method
After successful payment, digital products may be delivered by one or more of the following methods:
- Download link on the order confirmation page
- Download link in your WooCommerce account
- Email containing access or download instructions
- Membership or subscription access inside your account
3. Delivery Timing
Most digital products are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. Some access may be delayed if payment is pending, flagged for review, blocked by security checks, or affected by technical issues.
4. Download Access
Download access may be limited by number of downloads, expiry time, account status, or subscription status. If you lose access because of a technical problem, contact support.
5. Email Delivery Issues
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder. Also make sure the email address used at checkout is correct.
6. Access Problems
If you paid successfully but cannot access your product, contact help@jompromt.com with your order number and purchase email. We may reissue access if the order is valid.
7. Personal Use License
Unless stated otherwise, digital products are provided for your own personal learning and use only. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, copy, publish, or give away the ebook, templates, or paid content without written permission from Jom Prompt.
8. No Guaranteed Result
Receiving or using a digital product does not guarantee prompt approval, payout, income, or success. Jom Prompt reviews prompt submissions separately according to its current review and buyback rules.
9. Refunds
Digital product refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
