Earnings Disclaimer

Last updated: 9 July 2026

This Earnings Disclaimer explains that Jom Prompt does not guarantee income, prompt approval, payout, or financial success.

1. No Guarantee Of Income

Jom Prompt does not guarantee that you will earn money. Buying an ebook, joining Creator Pass, using a prompt checker, submitting prompts, or following our guides does not guarantee approval, payout, income, or success.

2. Rejected Prompts Are Not Purchased

If Jom Prompt rejects a submitted prompt, the prompt earns RM0. Rejection may happen because of low quality, copied content, unsafe content, lack of usefulness, duplicate submissions, poor originality, weak commercial value, or any other review reason.

3. Approved Prompt Cap

An approved prompt may receive an individual buyback amount after review. That amount is not guaranteed and depends on quality, originality, usefulness, safety, commercial demand, and buyer fit.

4. Creator Pass Is Not A Shortcut

Creator Pass, value boost features, prompt checking tools, or submission support do not guarantee approval, payout, or income. They do not bypass review and do not remove the current payout cap.

5. Individual Results Vary

Results depend on many factors, including your effort, writing ability, originality, prompt quality, testing, category demand, safety, usefulness, review outcome, and Jom Prompt’s business needs. Some users may earn nothing.

6. Not A Job Or Investment

Jom Prompt is not a job offer, employment program, investment, franchise, lottery, gambling product, MLM, or get-rich-quick scheme. Any creator payout is based on selected approved prompts only.

7. Examples Are Educational

Any payout examples, prompt value examples, case studies, screenshots, or testimonials are for explanation only. They are not promises that you will get the same result.

8. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, time, costs, taxes, learning effort, and use of the platform. Do not spend money on Jom Prompt products or subscriptions if you expect guaranteed income.
