These Intellectual Property Terms explain ownership and rights for Jom Prompt content, creator submissions, approved prompts, rejected prompts, and digital products.

1. Jom Prompt Content

All Jom Prompt website content, ebooks, guides, templates, examples, logos, branding, page designs, product descriptions, training materials, prompt review criteria, and platform content are owned by Jom Prompt or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, resell, upload, distribute, publish, modify, or use Jom Prompt content for commercial purposes without written permission.

2. Digital Product License

When you buy an ebook or digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning and use. You do not own the copyright in the ebook or digital product.

3. Creator Originality Warranty

When you submit a prompt, you confirm that:

• You created the prompt yourself
• The prompt is not copied from another person, website, marketplace, prompt pack, course, screenshot, private group, or public source
• You have the right to submit the prompt to Jom Prompt
• The prompt does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights
• The prompt does not contain confidential information or personal data belonging to others

4. Limited Review License Before Approval

When you submit a prompt, you give Jom Prompt a limited license to receive, store, review, test, score, compare, and evaluate the prompt for possible purchase.

5. Ownership Before Approval

You retain ownership of your submitted prompt unless and until Jom Prompt approves and buys it and the approved credit or payment has been issued.

6. Rights Transfer After Approval And Payment

Upon approval and payment or credit for an approved prompt, you assign and transfer to Jom Prompt all rights, title, and interest in that approved prompt to the maximum extent allowed by law.

After transfer, Jom Prompt may use, copy, edit, improve, combine, package, sell, license, publish, display, distribute, market, train from, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the approved prompt without further permission, attribution, royalty, or payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Rejected Prompts

If a prompt is rejected and no payment or credit is issued, ownership does not transfer to Jom Prompt. Jom Prompt may keep limited internal records for fraud prevention, duplicate detection, legal compliance, and account history.

8. Moral Rights And Attribution

To the extent allowed by law, you agree not to object to Jom Prompt editing, adapting, combining, improving, or using an approved prompt after rights transfer. Jom Prompt is not required to provide attribution unless agreed in writing.

9. Infringement And Indemnity

If a claim arises because your submitted prompt was copied, unsafe, unlawful, or rights-infringing, you agree to cooperate with Jom Prompt and may be responsible for losses, costs, or claims caused by your breach, to the extent allowed by law.

10. Takedown Or Correction

If you believe content on Jom Prompt infringes your rights, contact help@jompromt.com with clear details, proof of ownership, and the URL or content involved.
