Payout and Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains how Jom Prompt records approved prompt credits and processes creator withdrawal requests.

1. Credits Are Not Guaranteed

Creators only earn credits for approved prompts that Jom Prompt buys. Rejected prompts are not purchased. Buying an ebook or Creator Pass does not guarantee credits, payout, or income.

2. Credit Balance

Approved prompt values may be recorded in your Jom Prompt creator account as credits in Malaysian Ringgit. Your account may show pending, available, paid, rejected, or reversed amounts depending on review and payout status.

3. Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Jom Prompt may change the minimum withdrawal amount by updating this policy or the account page.

4. Withdrawal Request

To request a withdrawal, you must submit the withdrawal request form and provide accurate payout information. You may be required to provide:

  • Full legal name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Bank account or payment account details
  • Identity verification information
  • Tax or recordkeeping information where required

5. Payout Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are normally processed within 7 to 14 working days, subject to verification, bank processing, payment provider processing, holidays, fraud checks, and account review.

6. Payment Method

Jom Prompt may pay creators through Malaysian bank transfer, Stripe-supported payout method, or another method shown in the account dashboard. Available payout methods may change.

7. Fees

Payment provider, bank, currency conversion, or transfer fees may apply. Jom Prompt will state where fees are deducted from creator payouts or absorbed by Jom Prompt.

8. Reasons Payout May Be Delayed Or Rejected

Jom Prompt may delay, reject, or hold a payout if:

  • Your payout details are incomplete or inaccurate
  • Your account requires verification
  • Your prompt is under originality, fraud, or safety review
  • Your account is linked to copied, unsafe, or disallowed content
  • There is a payment dispute, chargeback, or suspected abuse
  • Legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or security review is required

9. Credit Reversal

If a prompt was approved by mistake, later found to be copied, fraudulent, unsafe, infringing, or disallowed, Jom Prompt may reverse credits, cancel payout requests, or recover amounts where legally allowed.

10. Taxes

Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations, reporting, and filings. Jom Prompt may keep payout records and may request information needed for accounting, tax, or compliance purposes. Consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser if you are unsure.

11. No Employment Relationship

Creator payouts do not make you an employee, agent, partner, contractor, or representative of Jom Prompt unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

12. Payout Disputes

If you believe your payout amount is incorrect, contact billing@jompromt.com within 14 days of the relevant transaction or payout decision. Jom Prompt will review the issue and respond where practical.
