This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Jom Prompt ebooks, digital products, Creator Pass subscriptions, and other online purchases.
1. Digital Product Nature
Jom Prompt sells digital products such as ebooks, guides, templates, and online access. These products are delivered electronically. Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, all sales are final once delivery or access has been provided, except where required by Malaysian law or where we approve a refund at our discretion.
2. No Refund For Change Of Mind
We do not provide refunds because you changed your mind, did not read the product description, no longer want the product, expected guaranteed income, or decided not to submit prompts.
3. No Income Guarantee
Buying an ebook, guide, template, or Creator Pass does not guarantee prompt approval, payout, income, or business results. Refunds will not be given because your prompt was rejected or because you did not earn money from the platform.
4. When A Refund May Be Considered
Because Jom Prompt has a no-refund policy, we will normally fix access issues or reissue access instead of refunding. A refund will only be considered where required by applicable Malaysian law, including situations such as:
- You were charged twice for the same product by mistake.
- You paid but did not receive access due to a technical delivery issue.
- The download link does not work and we are unable to fix or reissue access.
- The wrong digital product was delivered.
- A refund is required under applicable Malaysian consumer law.
5. Refund Request Timeframe
Jom Prompt operates a no-refund policy for digital products and subscriptions once payment is completed, except where a refund is required by applicable Malaysian law. If you paid but did not receive access because of a technical delivery issue, contact us at help@jompromt.com. We may fix the issue or reissue access instead of providing a refund.
6. Creator Pass Subscription Refunds
Creator Pass payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription period begins. You may cancel your subscription to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved by us.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us as soon as possible. Billing issues are normally reviewed within 7 working days.
7. Prompt Rejection Is Not A Refund Reason
Rejected prompts are not purchased. A rejected prompt does not create a refund right for ebooks, subscriptions, tools, or services. Prompt review outcomes are separate from product purchases.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is legally required or approved by Jom Prompt, we will process it through the original payment method where possible. Refund processing time may depend on WooCommerce, Stripe, your bank, or your payment provider.
9. Chargebacks And Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first so we can investigate. We may suspend access to products, subscriptions, or account features during payment disputes, chargebacks, or suspected fraud.
