Terms of Service and Sale

These Terms govern your access to Jom Prompt, your account, purchases of digital products, and use of our learning tools and services. By creating an account, placing an order, or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
1. Seller Information

2. What Jom Prompt Provides
Jom Prompt provides digital learning products, prompt-building resources, creator tools, membership access and a private creator program. Jom Prompt may independently purchase selected prompts from creators. Jom Prompt is the only buyer under that program; the website is not an open marketplace where creators sell prompts to other users.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for protecting your password.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person may not operate multiple accounts to avoid limits, reviews or enforcement.
4. Product Information and Orders
Each product page should state the product’s main characteristics, current full price in Malaysian Ringgit, applicable taxes or charges, payment method, delivery method, estimated delivery time and whether payment is one-time or recurring. Information shown on the product page and checkout at the time of your order forms part of your purchase.
You may review and correct order information before payment. We will acknowledge an order without undue delay, normally through the checkout confirmation page, email or your account. An acknowledgement does not require us to accept an order affected by fraud, an obvious pricing error, payment failure or legal restriction. If we cancel a paid order for one of these reasons, we will return the amount received unless we are legally permitted to withhold it.
5. Prices and Payment
The price and billing basis displayed at checkout are authoritative for that transaction. Promotions may be limited by date, quantity, eligibility or plan. Payments are processed by the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms and security checks. You must not use a payment method without authorisation.
6. Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally made available after successful payment through an account download, an email link, or both, as stated on the product page. Delivery can be delayed by payment review, an incorrect email address, service interruption or security checks. Check your account and spam folder before contacting support.
If a paid product is not available within the delivery estimate shown at checkout, contact help@jompromt.com with your order number and purchase email. We may verify the order, correct access, reissue the file or link, provide an equivalent lawful remedy, or issue a refund where required by law. File format, compatibility, access period and any download limit should be stated on the product page.
7. Digital Product Licence
Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, buying an ebook, guide, template or learning resource gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and prompt creation. You may not reproduce, resell, share, publish, upload, distribute or commercially exploit the product itself.
8. Refunds and Purchase Problems
Except where a refund, replacement, re-supply, correction or other remedy is required under applicable Malaysian law, digital-product sales are final after the product has been delivered or accessed. A change of mind, failure to use the product, rejection of a creator submission, or failure to earn money does not by itself create a refund right.
Contact us promptly if a product is not delivered, cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting, is materially different from its description, is defective, was charged more than once, or was purchased through an unauthorised transaction. We normally review billing issues within seven working days. We may first repair access or re-deliver the product where that is a suitable remedy. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control.
Creator Pass cancellation and refunds are governed by the Creator Pass Subscription Terms.
9. AI Tools and Educational Information
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe or inconsistent output. Jom Prompt’s ebooks, examples, scores, estimates and suggestions are educational tools, not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. You must review outputs and use appropriate human judgement. Third-party AI providers may change their models, availability, prices, rules and results. Unless expressly stated, Jom Prompt is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.
10. No Earnings Guarantee
Buying a product, joining Creator Pass, using a checker or submitting prompts does not guarantee that Jom Prompt will purchase a prompt or that you will earn any amount. Results vary according to originality, quality, usefulness, safety, demand, review outcomes, compliance and Jom Prompt’s current business needs. Some users may earn nothing. Any example must be understood in the context stated with it and must not be treated as a typical or guaranteed result.
11. Platform Rules
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, intellectual property, payment systems or legal compliance. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reason, subject to security, legal and investigation restrictions.
12. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes affecting a paid current term will be communicated reasonably in advance where practicable. Changes will not remove rights already required by law.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jom Prompt is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, lost income, third-party AI output or decisions made solely in reliance on educational materials or estimates. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Governing Law and Complaints
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Before starting formal proceedings, please use our Complaints and Appeals Policy. This does not prevent an eligible consumer from using the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia or another authority or remedy available under Malaysian law.
