Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what users may and may not do on Jom Prompt. It applies to all customers, creators, subscribers, visitors, account holders, prompt submissions, forms, comments, uploads, support messages, and website activity.

1. General Rule

You must use Jom Prompt lawfully, safely, honestly, and respectfully. You must not use the website to create, submit, request, promote, sell, or distribute illegal, harmful, unsafe, deceptive, copied, or rights-infringing content.

2. Illegal Activity

You must not submit or request prompts that help with illegal activity, crime, evasion of law enforcement, drug production, weapons misuse, fraud, theft, identity misuse, or similar unlawful conduct.

3. Cyber Abuse

You must not submit or request prompts about hacking, malware, phishing, credential theft, bypassing security, exploiting systems, scraping private data, or cyber abuse.

4. Scams, Fraud, And Deception

You must not submit prompts designed to scam, impersonate, mislead, create fake urgency, create false testimonials, manipulate users, run phishing schemes, or promote get-rich-quick claims.

5. Adult Or Explicit Content

You must not submit pornographic, sexually explicit, adult sexual, exploitative, or harmful sexual content. Content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts is strictly prohibited.

6. Hate, Harassment, And Threats

You must not submit prompts that promote hate, harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination, defamation, or targeted attacks against individuals or groups.

7. Self-Harm And Dangerous Content

You must not submit prompts that encourage self-harm, suicide, violence, physical danger, or unsafe instructions.

8. Medical, Legal, And Financial Advice

You must not submit prompts that pretend to replace qualified medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice. Educational prompts must clearly avoid diagnosis, legal conclusions, investment instructions, or guaranteed outcomes.

9. Academic Cheating

You must not submit prompts intended to cheat in exams, assignments, schoolwork, university work, tests, or plagiarism checks. Study-help prompts must support learning, not cheating.

10. Copyright And Originality

You must not submit copied prompts, copyrighted text you do not own, paid prompt pack content, marketplace content, private group content, or prompts created by another person without rights.

11. Personal Data And Confidential Information

You must not submit passwords, private messages, personal data belonging to others, financial account details, government ID numbers, confidential business information, or sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful reason and permission.

12. Platform Abuse

You must not use bots, spam, duplicate submissions, fake accounts, automated scraping, payment abuse, review manipulation, or technical attacks against the website.

13. Enforcement

If you violate this policy, Jom Prompt may reject prompts, remove content, reverse credits, suspend payouts, restrict access, terminate accounts, block transactions, or report unlawful activity where required.
