Creator Submission and Prompt Purchase Agreement

This Agreement applies whenever you submit an AI prompt to Jom Prompt for review. Jom Prompt may independently decide to purchase selected prompts. Jom Prompt is the only buyer under this program; this is not an open marketplace and no other user purchases your prompt through the website.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have an active Jom Prompt account.
  • Your identity, contact details and payout information must be accurate.
  • You must comply with your current submission allowance and must not use another account to avoid limits.
  • You must have the legal right to submit and, if purchased, assign the prompt.

2. Submission Requirements

A submission must be original, useful, sufficiently complete, lawful, safe and appropriate for its stated category and intended AI tool. It must not contain copied prompts, confidential information, personal data you are not authorised to provide, malware, hidden instructions, unlawful content or material prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.

You should include the prompt, category, intended AI tool, purpose, expected output and any supporting information requested by the form. A submission is received when it is recorded in your Jom Prompt account or submission system. Keep your submission ID.

3. Permission to Review

Until a prompt is purchased, you retain ownership. By submitting it, you give Jom Prompt a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce internally, test, score, compare, screen for duplication or misuse, and review it solely to operate the submission, security, appeal and purchase process. This review permission does not allow Jom Prompt to sell a rejected prompt.

4. Review and Status

Submission statuses may include Submitted, Under Review, More Information Required, Approved for Purchase, Purchased, Rejected or Withdrawn. An automated score or estimate is not a purchase decision. Jom Prompt may conduct manual review and may reach a different conclusion from any tool estimate.

Jom Prompt may decline a prompt because of quality, originality, usefulness, safety, duplication, rights concerns, policy compliance, current demand or business fit. Submission does not create employment, partnership, agency, a purchase obligation, guaranteed approval, guaranteed earnings or a guaranteed review time.

5. Purchase Decision and Price

If Jom Prompt decides to purchase a prompt, the purchase amount is determined individually through the current review process. Jom Prompt does not promise a minimum purchase rate or publish a fixed price for submitted prompts. A prompt that is not purchased receives no creator credit.

A purchase is completed when Jom Prompt marks the submission as purchased and records the approved amount as a valid credit in your creator wallet. That wallet credit is the consideration for the rights assignment below and becomes part of your withdrawable balance subject to the Wallet, Payout and Withdrawal Policy.

6. Assignment of Purchased Prompt Rights

When a valid purchase credit is recorded, you assign to AM Creative Media all transferable rights, title and interest in the purchased prompt and its submitted supporting material, worldwide, for the full duration of those rights. The assignment is exclusive, perpetual, transferable and includes the right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, combine, publish, distribute, license, sublicense, sell and otherwise commercialise the purchased material in any lawful format.

You consent, to the extent permitted by law, to reasonable editing and commercial use that might otherwise affect moral rights, while retaining the right to be identified only where Jom Prompt expressly agrees to attribution. Jom Prompt is not required to publish, use or resell a purchased prompt.

7. Creator Warranties

  • You created the submission or hold all rights needed to submit and assign it.
  • It is not copied, previously sold, exclusively licensed, assigned or subject to conflicting rights.
  • It does not knowingly infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy, confidentiality, contract or other rights.
  • It does not contain unlawful or prohibited material.
  • The information supplied with it is accurate and not misleading.

You must promptly tell us if any warranty becomes inaccurate. Responsibility for third-party claims will be assessed according to the evidence, your conduct and applicable law. You will have a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final account or balance decision, unless urgent action is required for security or legal reasons.

8. Rejected and Withdrawn Submissions

If a prompt is rejected and no purchase credit is recorded, ownership remains with you. Jom Prompt may retain limited submission fingerprints, moderation results and records needed for duplicate detection, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, complaints and account history. Full content will not be retained longer than reasonably required under the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

You may request withdrawal before a purchase is completed. Withdrawal may not be possible while an integrity or rights investigation is active. A purchased prompt cannot be withdrawn because ownership has transferred.

9. Corrections, Reversals and Enforcement

Jom Prompt may correct or reverse a purchase credit only for a duplicate transaction, clear administrative error, fraud, account compromise, copied content, material warranty breach, or a substantiated third-party rights claim. We will record the reason and notify you, unless notification is legally restricted. You may appeal under the Complaints and Appeals Policy.

If a purchase is invalidated because you had no right to assign the prompt, Jom Prompt may stop using it and pursue remedies permitted by law. Enforcement may include rejection, warning, credit correction, withdrawal hold, suspension or termination, applied proportionately to the issue.

10. Creator Pass and Learning Products

Creator Pass, ebooks and tools are optional and separate from prompt purchases. They may provide education, feedback, additional checks or different submission allowances, but do not guarantee purchase, a particular purchase amount or income. A rejected submission does not create a refund right for a separate product or subscription.

11. Taxes and Independent Participation

You participate independently and are not an employee, agent, partner or representative of Jom Prompt. You are responsible for understanding and meeting your own tax, declaration and regulatory obligations relating to creator receipts.

Appeals must identify a procedural error, mistaken identity, incorrect duplicate or rights finding, balance error, or material evidence that was not previously considered.
