Creator Pass Subscription Terms

These Creator Pass Subscription Terms apply when you buy, use, renew, or cancel a Jom Prompt Creator Pass subscription or membership.

1. What Creator Pass Is

Creator Pass is an optional paid subscription that may provide creator tools, prompt-checking support, submission support, learning resources, account features, or other benefits described on the Creator Pass product page.

2. What Creator Pass Is Not

Creator Pass is not a job, investment, guaranteed income program, gambling product, MLM scheme, or get-rich-quick opportunity. It does not guarantee prompt approval, payout, income, acceptance, or success.

3. No Review Bypass

Creator Pass does not bypass Jom Prompt’s review system. All submitted prompts must still meet originality, quality, usefulness, safety, and buyback requirements.

4. Pricing

The current Creator Pass price is promo price RM35 per billing period and normal price RM66 per billing period unless changed on the product page. Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise.

5. Billing

If Creator Pass is offered as a recurring subscription, you authorise Jom Prompt and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

6. Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically depending on the plan you choose. Renewal details, billing period, and price should be shown before checkout.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel Creator Pass to stop future billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. You may continue to access active benefits until the end of the paid period, subject to account status and policy compliance.

8. Refunds

Creator Pass payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where required by law or approved by Jom Prompt. We do not provide refunds because a prompt was rejected or because you did not earn money.

9. Subscription Benefits May Change

Jom Prompt may add, remove, modify, pause, or replace Creator Pass features. If a material change affects recurring billing, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.

10. Value Boost Or Tool Benefits

If Creator Pass includes a value boost, prompt checker, quality checker, or similar benefit, it is a support feature only. It does not guarantee approval, a buyback offer, payment, or income. Any benefit remains subject to the current program eligibility and review requirements.

11. Account Misuse

You must not share Creator Pass access, resell benefits, use bots, abuse tools, submit spam, submit copied prompts, or attempt to manipulate review outcomes. Jom Prompt may suspend or cancel access for misuse.
