Wallet, Payout and Withdrawal Policy - Jom Prompt

Wallet, Payout and Withdrawal Policy

Effective date: 30 July 2026   Version: 1.0

This Policy explains creator wallet credits and withdrawal requests. It applies only to amounts recorded after Jom Prompt completes a valid prompt purchase or authorised account adjustment.

1. Creator Wallet

Your wallet records credits, corrections, withdrawals and current available balance. A prompt estimate, score, review status or approval message is not a wallet credit unless the transaction appears in the wallet ledger. A valid purchase credit forms part of your creator balance, subject only to the correction and hold rules below.

2. Withdrawal Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and hold the account lawfully.
  • Your available wallet balance must be at least RM100.
  • Your name, bank details and requested verification information must be complete and accurate.
  • Your account and balance must not be subject to a documented fraud, security, rights or payment investigation.

Creator Pass is not required to withdraw an otherwise valid wallet balance. Membership expiry does not erase valid credits.

3. Bank Details

Withdrawals are normally paid to a supported Malaysian bank account in the creator’s name. You are responsible for checking the account-holder name, bank and account number before submitting a request. You may edit or delete saved bank details through My Account where available. Deleting saved details does not alter records already required for a pending or completed payment.

Bank information is sensitive personal data and is handled under the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Jom Prompt staff should access it only where required for verification, payment, support, accounting or fraud prevention.

4. Request Process

Submit the withdrawal form through My Account and confirm the amount and bank details. We will record the request and send a notification where the email system is available. You must not submit duplicate requests for the same balance.

5. Status Definitions

StatusMeaning
PendingRequest received and awaiting review.
ProcessingDetails have been reviewed and payment preparation or bank processing has started.
PaidJom Prompt has issued the payment. Your bank may require additional processing time.
RejectedThe request cannot be paid in its current form. A reason should be shown or sent to you.
CancelledThe request was cancelled before payment and the amount was returned to available balance, unless it is under a valid hold.

6. Processing Time

Valid withdrawal requests are normally processed within 7 to 14 working days. The period may be extended by incorrect bank details, identity checks, bank holidays, payment-provider delays, security investigations or legal requirements. If a material delay occurs, we will provide an update where reasonably possible.

7. Rejected or Failed Payments

A request may be rejected if the balance is below the minimum, details do not match, the account cannot be verified, the request duplicates another payment, or a documented investigation affects the requested amount. The rejection reason should be recorded. You may correct the issue and submit a new request or appeal an error.

If a bank rejects or returns a payment, we may ask you to correct your details. The amount will be restored to available balance after the returned payment is confirmed, less only a bank fee that was actually incurred, legally recoverable and disclosed to you.

8. Holds, Corrections and Reversals

Jom Prompt may place a temporary hold or correct a wallet entry for a duplicate transaction, clear administrative error, fraud, account compromise, copied content, material creator warranty breach or substantiated third-party rights claim. We will record the amount and reason and notify you unless legally restricted. You may appeal. Jom Prompt will not remove valid balance merely because Creator Pass expires or because a later prompt is rejected.

9. Taxes and Records

You are responsible for your own tax reporting and obligations. Jom Prompt may retain wallet, payout and bank-transaction records for accounting, tax, security, legal and dispute purposes after an account closes.

10. Contact

Contact billing@jompromt.com with your account email and withdrawal ID. Do not send a full bank account number by ordinary email unless support specifically provides a secure method.
