Creator Pass Subscription Terms | Jom Prompt

Creator Pass Subscription Terms

Effective date: 30 July 2026   Version: 1.0

These Terms apply when you purchase, use, renew or cancel Creator Pass. They supplement the Terms of Service and Sale. If there is a conflict about subscription billing or Creator Pass access, these Terms apply to that issue.

1. What Creator Pass Is

Creator Pass is an optional paid membership that provides the benefits displayed on its product page and in your account for the applicable access period. Benefits may include higher submission allowances, prompt checks, feedback, learning resources or member features. The current product page and checkout state the included benefits, limits and billing period.

Creator Pass is not employment, an investment or a promise of earnings. It does not guarantee prompt purchase, acceptance, a particular purchase amount or withdrawal eligibility. The Prompt Builder Ebook is not included unless the product page expressly says it is included.

2. Price and Billing

The full price, taxes, billing interval, promotion conditions and whether the plan renews automatically must be displayed before checkout. The amount accepted at checkout applies to the initial billing period. If the plan is recurring, you authorise Jom Prompt and its payment provider to charge the displayed renewal amount to your selected payment method on each renewal date until cancellation.

A promotional price may apply only for the period stated at checkout. If no duration is stated, the displayed renewal price must remain the renewal price until you receive notice of a change. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material price change and explain when it takes effect.

3. Activation and Renewal

Access normally starts after successful payment and account matching. Recurring access renews for the billing interval shown at checkout unless cancelled, payment fails or the account is suspended under these Terms. Your account should show your plan, status, renewal or expiry date, and a cancellation route.

4. Submission and Tool Limits

Creator Pass benefits are subject to the current limits shown before purchase and in your account. Limits may reset on a calendar-month or billing-cycle basis as stated in the interface. Unused checks or submissions do not roll over unless expressly stated. Attempts to bypass limits through multiple accounts, automation or account sharing may result in suspension.

We may change future-period limits or features for operational, security or product reasons. A material reduction affecting a paid current period will not normally take effect until renewal, unless required urgently for law, safety, abuse prevention or third-party service changes.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel through the subscription area in My Account where available or by contacting billing@jompromt.com from your registered email. Cancel before the displayed renewal date to stop the next charge. Cancellation normally leaves access active until the end of the paid period and does not erase creator wallet balances.

Keep the cancellation confirmation. If you requested cancellation before renewal but were charged because of our error, contact us promptly with the confirmation and transaction details.

6. Failed and Disputed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry it. Creator Pass access may enter a temporary grace period or be suspended until payment succeeds. We will not intentionally continue recurring charges after a valid cancellation. Chargebacks or unauthorised-payment claims may cause temporary account restrictions while investigated.

7. Refunds

Except where required under Malaysian law, a Creator Pass payment is not refundable once the billing period has started and access has been provided. Rejection of a prompt, unused limits, failure to earn money or forgetting to use the membership does not by itself create a refund right. We will investigate duplicate charges, unauthorised transactions, cancellation errors and material failure to provide paid access. Billing issues are normally reviewed within seven working days.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate Creator Pass for fraud, payment reversal, account sharing, limit circumvention, prohibited submissions or a serious breach of platform terms. Where appropriate, we will provide the reason and an appeal route. Termination does not remove consumer rights or valid creator wallet amounts, but disputed amounts may be held while a documented investigation is completed.
