Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 30 July 2026 Version: 1.0
This Policy applies to Jom Prompt accounts, forms, prompt submissions, tools, reviews, communications and uploaded content. It protects users, third parties and the platform. Examples are illustrative and do not limit our ability to address comparable harmful conduct.
1. General Rule
Use Jom Prompt lawfully, honestly and for legitimate purposes. Do not submit or use content that infringes rights, facilitates harm, deceives reviewers, compromises systems or exposes confidential or personal information without authority.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
- Illegal activity: content that requests, facilitates or meaningfully assists criminal conduct.
- Violence and exploitation: credible threats, instructions intended to cause serious harm, trafficking, sexual exploitation or child sexual abuse material.
- Hate and harassment: targeted abuse, dehumanisation, stalking, doxxing or discrimination against protected groups.
- Sexual content involving minors: any sexualised or exploitative content involving a person under 18, including fictionalised attempts intended to evade safeguards.
- Fraud and deception: scams, impersonation, phishing, forged evidence, credential theft, manipulative dark patterns or misleading financial schemes.
- Malicious cybersecurity: malware, ransomware, destructive code, credential attacks, unauthorised intrusion, evasion or exploitation intended for harm.
- Privacy and confidentiality violations: passwords, private messages, government identifiers, payment data, medical data, confidential business information or personal data supplied without a lawful basis and permission.
- Intellectual-property infringement: copied prompts, pirated material or content you are not authorised to submit, license or assign.
- Unsafe professional use: personalised medical, legal or financial instructions presented as a substitute for a qualified professional, especially where serious harm could result.
- Platform abuse: spam, automated mass submissions, limit circumvention, multiple accounts, account sharing, manipulation of scores, false information or interference with website security.
3. Legitimate Educational and Defensive Use
General educational content about health, law, finance or safety may be acceptable when it is accurate, appropriately qualified and does not impersonate a professional relationship. Defensive cybersecurity, authorised testing, secure coding and vulnerability education may be acceptable when the purpose, scope and safeguards are legitimate. Jom Prompt may request context or proof of authorisation.
4. AI Provider Rules
Your prompt should be capable of lawful use under the relevant AI provider’s rules. Jom Prompt approval does not mean every provider permits every use. You remain responsible for checking the terms and restrictions of the AI system you use.
5. Reporting
Report suspected prohibited content or account misuse to help@jompromt.com. Include the relevant URL, account, submission ID or order reference and enough information to understand the concern. Do not unnecessarily repeat harmful or sensitive content in the report.
6. Review and Enforcement
We may use automated indicators and human review. Depending on severity, evidence, history and risk, action may include requesting changes, rejecting content, warning the user, limiting features, holding a disputed transaction, suspending or terminating an account, preserving evidence, or reporting conduct where legally required. Urgent restrictions may be applied before notice to prevent harm or preserve an investigation.
Where appropriate, we will provide a reason and an appeal route. We do not guarantee that all content will be detected, and acceptance does not transfer legal responsibility away from its creator.
7. Appeals
You may appeal a material enforcement decision under the Complaints and Appeals Policy by identifying the decision, explaining the error and supplying relevant evidence. Repeated appeals without new information do not require repeated review.
